Google Ads on Android (G1) and iPhone

Google AdWords and Image Ads are now include T-Mobile G1 ( Android ) and iPhone as one of the advertising spaces. This comes as no surprise to any of us. Its popular opinion that Google entered mobile zone to capture mobile advertising before anyone else does.

Now, advertisers will be able to display ads exclusively on these mobile devices, create campaigns for them, and get separate performance reporting. If you prefer not to show your desktop ads on these phones, you can opt out and show ads only on desktop and laptop computers.

Google utilizes opensource Webkit that powers iPhone’s Safari as well as Android’s Chrome. Ofcourse this is a great place for advertising to explore new ad campaigns.

As an End User, someone whos not an advertiser who simply uses these mobile phones, the only pinching issue here is how far/aggressive would these campaigns go … and clogg our already small LCD screens. But Google has its standards, it’ll find a way to co-exist! hopefully!

Cool, that was a great article. You make some really great points.

I personally think Apple is going too far with the secrecy about their new products. Case in point, the new iPhone. One gets lost in a bar by a drunk employee, and the person who finds it tries to return it. Apple won’t take it because they don’t believe him, so he sells it to Jason Chen, and they’ve got their panties in a twist about it and are charging him with a felony. I personally find it ridiculous.

Anyway, I’ve written about it on my site. Check it out at http://4thgeniphone.com. Thanks for the read!

Precious information and facts listed in articles could make up for the best ebook. By doing so your energy doesn’t stay buried under piles and piles of similar content in article directories, instead it continues to make prospects and affiliate revenue thru wise link positioning within the content. Just an idea extend article marketing potential…

Articles are powerful to the degree they’re able to address the prospect’s wants. Even if there’s not a great deal to say on a certain subject matter keep it short as well as concise and try to reduce happy talk.
